Aaron Curry, tipped to be one of the first college players picked in this weekend’s NFL Draft (where the Top 5 players picked can earn upwards of $30m contracts) talks about his marriage proposal, his pre-draft visits to teams, his plans for draft day itself, and why he’s taking one young leukaemia sufferer to New York with him.
He seems like a wise head on young shoulders. That’d give me some comfort if I was the executive considering whether to give this recently-turned 22 year old that much money.
